As an experienced PA, Jerri combines this with a focus on wellbeing to offer all round support to both the Greenstone team and our clients. Her expertise in problem solving and office management keeps things running smoothly on a daily basis!
A love of yoga and nature has her moonlighting as a yoga instructor in the evenings, while she loves hiking in her local Cumbrian hills with her husband and their Border Collie Luna, and wild swimming year-round in Ullswater and the mountain tarns.
Ralph, like many of us, ‘fell into’ financial services at 18 years old, after being marched into the offices of NPI in the mid 1980s by his aunt, who decided that it was ‘about time he got a proper job’.
Fortunately for him, Ralph found that he was rather good with numbers, had a flair with technology, and was very natural and comfortable in working with and managing people. An ideal combination, when you work for a life assurer!
These days, Ralph supports Catherine on an outsourced basis. His considerable experience, logical approach and friendly nature make him easy and pleasant to work with.
As well as being a self confessed 'petrol head', he loves keeping fit, target rifle shooting, listening to podcasts, building his ever-expanding vinyl collection and everything ‘James Bond’.
After starting her career in accountancy, Kim moved into financial services in 2000, progressing quickly from administrator to paraplanner while gaining her financial planning qualifications. She became an Independent Financial Adviser in 2003 but soon returned to her true passion—paraplanning—joining an in-house team in Tunbridge Wells in 2004.
Within five years, Kim had become a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, a Certified Financial Planner™ and a CISI Accredited Paraplanner. In 2012, she moved into outsourced paraplanning, managing teams, supporting financial planning firms and consulting across the industry.
An award-winning writer and speaker, Kim has received multiple Paraplanner of the Year Awards and now serves as a judge and mentor. As a long-standing member of the CISI Paraplanner Interest Group, she has helped shape resources, training and events for the next generation of paraplanners.
One of the industry’s earliest adopters of the ‘paraplanner’ title, Kim draws on over 20 years’ experience across advisory, in-house and outsourced roles. She remains dedicated to sharing her expertise through mentoring, volunteering with the CISI and supporting the Initiative for Financial Wellbeing.
